Ms. Lembo works with adult age clients who experience anxiety, depression, addiction, as well as effects from childhood trauma. Through the use of holistic treatment methods, she uses her personable traits to allow clients to feel they are not alone in what they are experiencing. She uses an integrative approach of Person-Centered Therapy as well as Emotion Focused Therapy to offer a look into the clients experiences from all areas of their life. Through these approaches, she uses skills to help the client identify what they are experiencing as well as the cause of the experience. With this process, she hopes to help clients process their past to live a more comfortable present.
