My name is Melanie King, and I am a LMSW Social Worker. I have worked in the Social Work field for over 6 years. I have experience working as a Therapist, Family Preservation Coordinator, Foster Care Social Worker, Registered Behavior Technician, and a Life Skills Specialist.

I am currently working as a therapist specifically with the adult population. Anger management, depression, anxiety, and trauma-focused care are a few of my areas of concentration. I have experience in working with a wide range of diagnoses including (but not limited to) Bipolar I & II, Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Intermittent Explosive Disorder, etc.

I have over 4 years of experience working in domestic violence. I am a certified BIP (Batterers Intervention Program) facilitator. I also have a certificate from IUPUI in Child Abuse and Neglect. I am passionate about mental health care and I take extreme pride in what I do. More importantly, I care about each client that I support
