Ms. Theodore graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University. She has worked as a therapist for over 15 years in residential, outpatient, and in-home settings.  I have worked with children and adolescents, as well as adults.  She has experience working with clients with a history of Bipolar, Depression, trauma, self-injurious behaviors, anxiety, behavior difficulties, and substance abuse.  Ms. Theodore believes in meeting clients where they are at emotionally and working with them to address and process their past history while also working with them to be able to function effectively in their present.  She is very client centered while incorporating various techniques such as CBT, SFBT, DBT, mindfulness, as well as play therapy and creative therapy techniques.
