Lindsay Alcock is a Master’s level intern. She is currently in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Valparaiso University. Lindsay is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. Lindsay has previously worked as an intern at an addiction rehabilitation facility and has experience in leading group and individual sessions. She utilizes multiple approaches to therapy, including person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based therapy, and multicultural therapy.
Lindsay believes that everyone can improve in some area of their life and aims to walk alongside clients during these times of change. She wants each client to feel safe, seen, and heard throughout their time in therapy.
