Lindsay is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor—Associate (LMHC-A) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). She earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Valparaiso University with a certificate in Trauma-Informed Care. In the therapy room, Lindsay utilizes an integrated approach of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, and play therapy techniques to best meet clients where they are.
Lindsay’s aim is to help you accomplish your goals in therapy while providing a safe, nonjudgmental space in which you feel heard and supported. She works to make therapy a fun and collaborative experience for children, teens, and adults. Lindsay has experience working with a variety of concerns, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment disorders, and helping children navigate emotions. Lindsay is excited to work with you to create the change you hope to see.
