You are the expert of your life, but even experts are humans having a human experience. With this experience comes the blind spots, knowledge gaps, and defenses we all have. I am here to help you navigate your own life in order to learn, grow, evolve, and thrive. While I work with a variety of clients and concerns, I specialize in the following areas:
- Helping clients set and reach short and long-term goals
- Assisting clients in managing anxiety and panic
- Supporting clients in improving their overall wellness
- Utilizing mindfulness to support therapy and beyond
- Working with clients to realize their self-worth and set boundaries
I earned my Master’s of Science (MS) in Education in 2009 from Indiana University South Bend. I am also a licensed school counselor with eleven years previous experience. I completed clinical mental health coursework in 2020 from Purdue University Northwest. It is my joy to help people in discovering their best, authentic selves.
