Ms. Kayla Kroesch is a graduate from Northern Illinois University with a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling. Kayla also received her undergrad degrees in Psychology and Non-profit and Non-Government Organizational studies from Northern Illinois. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and is working toward licensure. Kayla has a wide range of experience in working with individuals with disabilities who were seeking additional support, individuals seeking career counseling looking to meet career-based goals, as well as providing mental health support services. Kayla integrates techniques and approaches primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. She likes to utilize goal-oriented and strength-based approaches while maintaining mindfulness.
