Ms. Workman received her Masters in Social Work from Indiana University, graduating with honors in 2018. Her specialization was in school social work and has worked in schools in Lake, Porter and Jasper Counties. She has extensive experience working with young children, adolescents, parents, and their family systems, but is comfortable navigating the stages and adjustments in life with all ages. Ms. Workman uses an eclectic approach in working with her clients, preferring to see which modality best fits. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, trauma focused, and a strengths-based approach are some that are used.
