Ms. Grace Gidley is a recent graduate of Valparaiso University where she received her Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and certified with her NCC. Ms. Gidley has experience working with families and adolescents in outpatient and residential settings. She has six years of experience working with adults with severe mental illness in a nonprofit setting. 

Ms. Gidley utilizes an integrative approach of Emotion-Focused therapy with Dialectic Behavior Therapy and strength-based techniques. With this approach, Ms. Gidley helps clients identify what they are experiencing, their individual strengths, and unhelpful behaviors. She assists clients in determining skills that can be utilized to identify and process their emotions while providing tools to promote constructive behaviors.
