Erin is a graduate of Indiana University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Education, with English minor, and Master of Science in Education, with a focus on Mental Health Counseling. Prior to becoming a mental health counselor, Erin led the student success office at Indiana University South Bend. Erin understands the emotional and learning needs of young adults, and her top goal is to create a safe, warm, judgment-free space for you to explore their thoughts, feelings, and goals. In therapy, you decide where we will focus our energy as we use a holistic approach to treatment.

Erin knows that a strong relationship between client and therapist is the most important part of working together to facilitate reflection and positive change. You know yourself better than anyone, so Erin’s approach is to assist you in tapping into your own knowledge and helping you better care for yourself – mind, body, and spirit. Erin integrates various evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Motivational Interviewing, Existential, Psychoeducation, and Person-Centered therapies in her practice.
