Are you questioning your decisions, who you are, what you’re doing with your life? Are your emotions overwhelming? Is stress making life difficult? Do you feel like you’re walking on eggshells around your partner, family and friends, coworkers? These experiences can make daily life stressful and lead to more long-term problems if people avoid working through them.
I offer effective mental health therapy to fit your particular needs and it’s designed to help clients navigate some of life’s problems. Therapy with me can help you move toward positive change through personalized sessions where you learn skills to improve your life and relationships. As a telehealth/virtual therapist, I can work with you from the comfort of our own homes: no more worries about fighting traffic, finding a parking space, and all of the other headaches that come with balancing our busy lives and getting to appointments. I work with primarily with adults and couples experiencing a variety of difficulties including personal changes, anxiety, depression, anger, stress, and relationship problems.
Clients who complete the process have a better understanding of how their thoughts and emotions have a connection to behaviors and choices. Together, we can work toward meeting goals and improving your life through healthy habits, learning tools for a better way of interacting with others, and challenging the way you think about healthy mental health.
