Ms. Kutch graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Purdue North Central and a Masters in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Ms. Kutch has worked in a variety of settings including a women’s recovery home, specialized foster care in Cook County, elementary and high schools, a domestic violence shelter, and an outpatient facility working closely with the juvenile justice system. Elly has taught parenting and co-parenting classes and has substantial experience counseling clients of all age ranges experiencing adversity.  She specializes in anxiety and depression, the connection between diet and mental health, substance use, and self-esteem.

Ms. Kutch often uses a strengths-based approach along with components of motivational interviewing, CBT, and person-centered.
