Ms. McDonough is a graduate of Purdue University’s Mental Health Counseling program. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHC-A). She also received certification in Expressive Arts and Addictions. She has worked with adolescents and adults in residential and outpatient programs, as well as in private practice. Ms. McDonough uses an eclectic approach with her primary focus being Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She has worked with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, self-esteem, stress management, and substance abuse.
