With a passion for fostering meaningful connections, Brenda has found joy in working with couples, families, and teenagers. Recognizing the inherent relational nature of human beings, she enjoys empowering her clients to navigate various relationships in their lives, from work, school, family, and intimate partnerships but most importantly with themselves.

Brenda firmly believes in the capacity of individuals to heal, grow, and evolve with the right support. In her therapeutic approach, she utilizes postmodern approaches such as Narrative Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy, and Experiential Therapy which allows her to walk alongside her clients on their healing journey, acknowledging them as the experts of their own lives and lived experiences. Through her work, she strives to create a supportive environment that facilitates personal growth and resilience.
