Mrs. Erin Canada has worked in the mental health field for over 20 years and has a passion for helping others.

Erin has experience working with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, life transitions/stressors, relationship issues and grief and loss. She gravitates toward utilizing a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach along with focusing on your strengths, and utilizing mindfulness techniques. Erin believes it is important for us to understand how our thoughts, feelings and behaviors are interconnected. Once we have this awareness, we can begin to create small changes.

Mrs. Canada’s goal is to create a strong therapeutic relationship while fostering a safe environment and encourage self-awareness and growth. She is empathetic and compassionate. She has a great variety of life experiences and knowledge to share and assist others in their time of need. Erin is also nonjudgmental and a great listener.
