Angelicah Shaver is a clinical mental health therapist and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). She received her Masters in Education from Purdue University Northwest’s clinical mental health program. She offers both telehealth and in person client services. In her practice, she draws heavily from her training in trauma-informed care and mindfulness-based CBT. She provides a client led experience and collaborates directly with her clients to create highly individualized treatment goals. These goals may range from creating a light mindfulness routine for basic coping to a personal commitment to a deep and transformative mindfulness practice, daily. Polyvagal theory, breathe work, and guided meditation are often incorporated in these practices. She provides services to clients of all ages, so age appropriate interventions are offered for different life stages.
