Our team supports women and birthing individuals through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, grief and loss, fertility challenges, and parenting transitions. If you’re feeling anxious, depressed, disconnected, or simply not yourself, know that you’re not alone — and healing is possible.

This maternal mental health service line is designed for:

  • Women experiencing pregnancy anxiety or depression
  • New moms navigating perinatal mental health disorders (PMHDs)
  • Individuals struggling with birth trauma, medical complications, or NICU stays
  • Women facing fertility issues, pregnancy or infant loss
  • Parents adjusting to identity shifts, relationship changes, or overwhelm in early parenthood
  • Partners who want to better support a loved one’s emotional wellbeing

What to Expect

Our perinatal mental health therapists offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to process your experience and build coping tools. Depending on your needs, support may include:

  • Individual therapy (virtual or in-person)
  • Couples or family sessions
  • Collaborative care with your healthcare team
  • Referrals to lactation consultants, doulas, home visiting programs, pelvic floor specialists, peer support groups and more
