Program Description

The 8-Week Mindful Wellness Program is a one-on-one, individualized program designed to help clients develop core mindfulness skills and apply them to daily life. Through weekly sessions with a trained clinician, clients explore the shift from living on “automatic pilot” to becoming more grounded, emotionally aware, and present. Each session blends psychoeducation with experiential practice and personalized reflection.

This program is ideal for individuals who want to manage stress more effectively, improve emotional regulation, and build a sustainable mindfulness practice tailored to their needs.
