Sarah Herbert is an intern at Pillars of Wellness. She received her undergraduate degree at Indiana University Bloomington, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in both Psychology and Criminal Justice. Sarah currently attends Valparaiso University in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) program and is in her second year of study.
Her areas of interest include adolescents, young adults, and couples. She has prior experience working with adolescents and the LGBTQ+ community. Sarah’s hope is to provide a safe and therapeutic environment where clients are encouraged to grow and work toward their therapeutic goals. She believes that a client’s mental well-being is of the utmost importance.
Sarah takes a strengths-based and cognitive behavioral approach to therapy. She is available for in-person sessions.
