Sara has experience providing mental health care to adult clientele with a variety of diagnoses including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorder.

Sara understands that no two people are the same and their therapeutic experience should reflect that. She is passionate about creating a trusting relationship with clients, working together as a team to identify their unique needs, strengths, resources, and areas of growth. Sara believes that therapy should take place in a comfortable environment where individuals are free to reflect on how their past has impacted their present, and how to move forward to a healthier, more positive future.
