Madelyn graduated from Indiana University- Indianapolis with her Master of Social Work with a concentration in mental health and addictions. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional through Evergreen Certifications. She also graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Literature from Indiana University- Bloomington. Since graduating, Madelyn has gained experience as a mental health therapist in addiction and non-profit settings. She has had several years experience treating anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma-related issues.

Madelyn implements CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and a solution-focused approach into her session and operates from a strengths-based perspective. She is passionate about assisting individuals navigate specific challenges or work towards overall personal growth. She integrates a very collaborative approach with clients and ensures that sessions go at whatever pace is most comfortable for them.
