Kaela Meyer is currently working towards her Master of Science in Couple and Family therapy. She is in her second year of her program and has been clinically active for a year. She works with couples, families, and individuals, and approaches therapy with a systemic lens-looking at all the factors happening at once. Kaela is a strength-based therapist, and believes in forming a strong therapeutic alliance that is highly collaborative. She prioritizes making her clients feel safe, understood, and welcome in therapy. She utilizes Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Positive Psychology.
