Tracey is a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor, dually licensed in Indiana and Florida. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a master’s degree in Counseling, which laid the foundation for her evidence-based and client-centered approach to therapy.

Tracey integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to help individuals navigate challenges and achieve meaningful, lasting change. Her work is guided by the belief that each person has the capacity for growth and healing, and she strives to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered.

She is especially passionate about the therapeutic process and sees her role as both a guide and collaborator. Whether supporting clients through anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relationship issues, Tracey is committed to helping individuals build resilience, develop practical coping strategies, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves.

Her ultimate goal is to empower each client to move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
