Lauren is a second-year master’s student and therapist intern. She is currently enrolled in the Couple and Family Therapy program at Purdue University Northwest. She has provided therapeutic services to individuals, couples, friends, and families with a variety of presenting problems, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. For Lauren, helping people to navigate the challenges they face and the difficulties in their relationships is an incredibly fulfilling journey. She believes that empathy and kindness are the most important things we bring to our relationships, and it is her goal that her clients feel heard, supported, and cared for.
