Jeanette Helsley is a current second-year student at Indiana Wesleyan University, pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Indiana University East. Her goal is to provide an open, inclusive, safe, and empathic space for every client she works with.

With a background in behavioral health, autism therapy, and outreach care, Jeanette offers support to individuals and families navigating major life transitions, behavioral challenges, and mental health concerns. Her areas of clinical interest include concerns related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, behavioral issues, family conflict, life transitions, relationship issues, postpartum, and maternal mental health.

She is deeply passionate about guiding individuals toward experiencing breakthroughs in their personal, relational, and professional lives. Jeanette strives to instill confidence in the individuals she works with, recognizing that they are the true experts of their own lives.
