Elizabeth is a licensed social worker who is passionate about helping people reconnect with joy—an emotion that, ironically, can be one of the hardest to fully embrace. She believes in making space for both laughter and grief and tries to bring levity into the heaviness of healing while still remaining grounded in the gravity of the human experience.
Elizabeth received two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Southern Indiana—one in Social Work and one in Political Science. She also received her Master of Social Work from USI and is currently completing her Master of Public Administration. Before joining Pillars, she gained experience by serving a broad range of clients, treating trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, adult ADHD and neurodivergence, and challenges related to aging.

Her practice is rooted in psychodynamic theory, but she also uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients explore the deeper roots of their struggles and uncover solutions that feel authentic and sustainable.
